Our President
Cornita A. Riley
Cornita A. Riley is a veteran public safety professional with more than forty years of experience in corrections and the criminal justice system. Her career spans service at every operational level, from direct custody and classification to senior leadership and executive administration.
Ms. Riley has worked extensively with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, as well as correctional professionals and aspiring leaders, with a consistent focus on accountability, development, and improved outcomes. She also serves as an expert witness in correctional matters, providing analysis related to correctional operations, standards of care, and administrative decision-making.
Today, Ms. Riley is dedicated to developing people on both sides of the justice system. She supports justice-involved individuals committed to personal growth and successful reentry while also guiding public safety professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership capacity and professional impact.


Our Vice President
Stanley Murray
Stanley Murray serves as Chief of Police for the Eatonville Police Department in Eatonville, Florida. He is a retired twenty-eight-year veteran of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, where he served as an assistant squad leader and lead crime prevention practitioner for the International Drive and Walt Disney World tourist corridors.
Chief Murray is a certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) instructor with more than 500 hours of instruction focused on safety strategies for homes, businesses, hotels, theme parks, and places of worship. He is also a retired Gulf and Iraq War veteran with twenty-two years of service in the United States Navy and Navy Reserves, where he served as a military anti-terrorism instructor.
He is Vice President of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives and a member of several professional associations including the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Florida Police Chiefs Association. Chief Murray also serves as Senior Pastor of Mt. Zion Tabernacle Christian Church in Orlando, Florida. He attended Columbia College and Trinity College of Jacksonville for criminal justice studies and is a graduate of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Chief Executive Seminar (Class 58).
